Service Description

HuzAgent.ai is an AI business automation platform for workspaces, automation templates, hosted forms, booking pages, widgets, webhooks, Inbox records, Calendar features, execution logs, and integrations.

Workspace Responsibilities

Workspace owners control automations, form fields, reply behavior, destinations, AI provider settings, integrations, and team access. You are responsible for configuring these settings appropriately for your business.

Automation and Review Modes

HuzAgent may prepare drafts, summaries, notifications, confirmations, or auto-responses based on your settings. You should use human review where mistakes could affect customers, bookings, support outcomes, or business commitments.

Integrations and BYOK

Connected services such as Google Calendar, Google Sheets, SMTP, Slack, Zapier, Make, n8n, webhooks, OpenAI, Gemini, and OpenRouter are subject to their own terms. If you connect your own AI key, provider usage is billed by that provider.

Availability

We aim to keep HuzAgent reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages, integration limits, or network issues may affect automations.

Setup Services

Done-for-you setup may include configuration of forms, booking pages, services, availability, email notifications, integrations, embeds, and testing. Custom work depends on the agreed scope.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, HuzAgent.ai is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, missed bookings, lost leads, integration failures, inaccurate AI outputs, or business decisions made from automation results.
