Cookie Policy

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your choices, and—where you allow it—help us understand how the site is used.
How we use cookies
HuzAgent.ai keeps cookie use to a minimum. We group cookies into two categories:
Strictly necessary cookies (always on)
These are required for the site and app to function and cannot be switched off. They include your authentication/session cookie when you sign in to the app, security cookies, and the cookie that records your cookie-consent choice (ha_cookie_consent). Because they are essential, they do not require consent.
Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
If enabled, these help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it (for example, which pages are visited). These are only set after you select “Accept all” in our cookie banner, and are not set if you choose “Reject non-essential.”
Your choices
When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept all cookies or reject non-essential ones. You can change your decision at any time using the link in the footer, or by clearing the ha_cookie_consent cookie in your browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though strictly necessary cookies are needed for sign-in to work.
Cookies set by others
Some features rely on trusted third parties that may set their own cookies, including our payments provider (Paddle) during checkout and Google when you connect Google integrations. Their cookie use is governed by their own policies.
