How HuzAgent.ai uses Google services

HuzAgent.ai is an AI business automation platform that helps businesses manage leads, appointment bookings, quote requests, support messages, restaurant inquiries, customer follow-ups, team notifications, and customer request workflows in one Inbox.

Businesses use HuzAgent to collect requests from hosted forms, booking pages, website widgets, external forms, webhooks, and connected tools. HuzAgent can then summarize requests, detect intent, identify priority, prepare reply drafts, notify teams, and save the full history in the workspace Inbox.

Sign in with Google

HuzAgent allows users to create an account and log in using Sign in with Google. When a user chooses this option, HuzAgent may access basic Google account information such as the user’s name, email address, and profile image.

This information is used only to authenticate the user, create or access their HuzAgent account, display their profile inside the application, and protect access to their workspace.

Google Calendar

When a user connects Google Calendar, HuzAgent may use Google Calendar data to check availability, avoid double bookings, create appointment events, update booking details, and sync appointment times selected by the user or their customers.

HuzAgent uses Google Calendar data only to provide booking, scheduling, calendar sync, appointment confirmation, and automation history features selected by the user.

Google Sheets

HuzAgent requests only the per-file drive.file scope for Google Sheets. Using the Google Picker, the user explicitly creates or selects the specific spreadsheet(s) they want HuzAgent to write to. HuzAgent can access only those user-selected files — it cannot see, list, or access any other file in the user’s Google Drive.

Within those user-selected spreadsheets, HuzAgent writes request records, form submissions, booking details, lead details, support and quote requests, customer messages, AI summaries, statuses, and timestamps — solely to provide the spreadsheet export and workflow record-keeping features the user turns on.

Limited Use disclosure

HuzAgent.ai’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular, HuzAgent commits that:

• Google user data is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features the user has enabled (Sign in with Google, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets).
• Google user data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve generalized or third-party AI / machine-learning models, and is never sent to any third-party AI provider.
• Google user data is not sold, and is not used for advertising or any advertising-related purpose.
• Google user data is not transferred to others except as necessary to provide the features above, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with user notice.
• No humans read Google user data unless we have the user’s explicit consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

How Google user data is handled

HuzAgent does not sell Google user data. HuzAgent does not use Google user data for advertising. HuzAgent does not share Google user data except as needed to provide the authentication, scheduling, spreadsheet export, and automation features selected by the user.

Users can disconnect Google Calendar and Google Sheets integrations at any time from their HuzAgent workspace settings or from their Google Account permissions. Users can also stop using Sign in with Google by using another available login method where supported.
