By using HuzAgent.ai, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms that apply to paid plans, integrations, setup services, or specific product features.

Use of the Service

You may use HuzAgent to create workspaces, install automations, collect customer requests, manage Inbox records, run AI processing, connect integrations, and configure notifications for lawful business purposes.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials, workspace users, automation settings, connected provider keys, and all activity under your account.

Customer Data

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions for data submitted through your forms, booking pages, widgets, imports, webhooks, and integrations.

AI Outputs

AI-generated summaries, classifications, replies, and recommendations may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should review outputs before relying on them, especially for sensitive, legal, financial, medical, or high-impact decisions.

Payments

Paid plans and setup packages are billed according to the selected plan or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable after service delivery or active subscription usage.

Prohibited Use

You may not use HuzAgent for illegal activity, spam, abuse, credential theft, malware, deceptive practices, or processing information you are not authorized to collect.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
